You could — but themes are templates, not strategies. Installing a new theme without understanding conversion principles, user experience design, and eCommerce psychology usually creates more problems than it solves. You'll end up with a different-looking store that still doesn't convert.

The Full Redesign Package can include theme migration if your current theme is genuinely limiting. I'll assess during the audit and recommend the best path forward. If a new theme is needed, budget an additional R4,000-R8,000 for the premium theme license.

A: The Light Glow Up focuses only on homepage and product page design. The Full Redesign includes app audit and recommendations, and I can integrate 2-3 essential apps. Advanced features like subscription platforms, B2B portals, or complex custom functionality would require a separate custom project quote.

A: We can discuss add-ons or move to a custom project scope.

A: You'll need to provide your website content, approve the design direction, and be available for check-ins. But I handle all the technical heavy lifting and development.

A: I typically book 2-4 weeks out. Once you pay your deposit, we'll schedule your kickoff date based on current availability.

A: You're equipped to manage your store independently. If you need ongoing support after that, I offer hourly support at R750/hour (1-hour minimum) or monthly retainer packages for brands who want continued partnership.

If you have navigation issues, unclear site structure, poor mobile experience, or need a comprehensive overhaul, the Full Redesign is the better investment.
