Eden Perfumes is an established business with 26 stores across South Africa, but their website wasn't reflecting their success or supporting their online growth.

Eden wanted to create an online experience that felt like treating yourself: luxurious but accessible. The kind of shopping experience that makes customers feel good about their purchase.

Working closely with Eden's marketing team, we took a customer-first approach. Each decision was made with one question in mind: "Does this help someone easily say yes to buying?"

We focused on transforming the user experience from confusing to effortless, building trust through strategic social proof, and creating a luxury shopping experience that matched their established brand reputation.

The redesign addressed real business challenges through customer psychology, streamlined user journeys, and enhanced trust signals — all while ensuring the mobile experience felt beautiful across all devices.

Strategic Shopify redesign
Simplified navigation that eliminates confusion and guides customers naturally
Trust-building homepage with strategic placement of reviews and store locations
Luxury design details that match Eden's premium brand positioning
Conversion-focused product pages designed to help customers decide with confidence
UGC video integration to showcase real customer experiences
Mobile-first redesign optimised for their 95% mobile traffic
Technical improvements including faster loading speeds with a new, performance-optimised Shopify 2.0 theme

The result? A Shopify store that finally matches Eden Perfumes' reputation and actively supports their growth ambitions
