Digital Products

Because all of our products are delivered digitally (such as ebooks, guides, and online courses), they are non-returnable. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded or accessed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — and we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee (Ebooks Only)

We stand behind the quality of our ebooks. If, within 30 days of purchase, you feel that an ebook you bought didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll happily issue a full refund — no hard feelings.

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at meg@nutmegstudio.co.za with your order number and the title of the ebook.

  2. Explain what didn’t work for you (this helps us improve future products).

  3. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–15 business days after approval.

Please note: This policy applies only to ebooks purchased directly through our website. Online courses and digital bundles are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated.

Courses and Other Digital Programs

Access to online courses and digital programs is granted immediately upon purchase, giving you full access to course materials, downloads, and resources.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds on digital courses, templates, or bundles once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues accessing your course or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at meg@nutmegstudio.co.za, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
