About the project

Haven Botanical creates breathtaking floral arrangements, but their website was working against them. Despite having gorgeous, magazine-worthy products, their online store looked low quality and didn't provide a smooth shopping experience.

The beautiful flower arrangements looked ordinary online due to poor photo presentation and cramped layouts. Multiple call-to-action buttons created decision paralysis, while trust barriers at checkout caused last-minute cart abandonment. Most critically, their clunky mobile experience was costing them sales when flower purchases are often spontaneous mobile decisions.

Haven needed a website that worked as hard as they do — removing every barrier between "I love this arrangement" and "Order placed."

We focused on customer behavior psychology: when your website design aligns with how people actually shop for flowers, conversion rates improve naturally. Every design decision was made to guide customers smoothly from browsing to purchasing, with particular attention to the mobile experience where most flower buying happens.
