Jooce Supplements is an established South African wellness brand dedicated to supporting women with hormonal health through targeted health supplements for PCOS, hormonal acne and fertility.

Their business was growing, but their slow and outdated WooCommerce website was costing them sales.

The problems:

Slow loading speeds damaging conversions. In a competitive market where customers are quickly comparing multiple brands from their phones before buying, a sluggish site meant they were losing to faster competitors.

The site crashed during critical sales moments. High-traffic events - like influencer mentions, ad campaigns and promotional periods - brought the site down, costing them revenue when demand was highest.
