Watch me give this site a glow up:

When you're selling niche, high-end heritage jewellery, your website needs to reflect the value and quality of your range while building instant trust with discerning customers.

Roho's old website failed at this. Despite offering beautiful, heartfelt pieces that pull on heartstrings, the online experience didn't communicate the luxury and craftsmanship behind each piece. For a woman-owned brand preparing to invest in paid advertising and expand into international markets, this disconnect was holding back growth.

Holly needed a website that would exude simple, handcrafted luxury — one that would appeal to her ideal customers and convert the increased traffic from her marketing investments.

Our goal was clear: create a more luxurious and refined online space that mirrored Roho's essence and craftsmanship, building emotional connections from the moment visitors arrived.

We fully embraced Roho's gorgeous heartfelt video and product imagery, using these assets to build sentiment throughout the design. After all, this is a product range that pulls on heartstrings — the website design needed to amplify this emotional connection.

The approach centered on letting the jewelry be the hero while creating an overall experience that felt both luxurious and simple, preparing the foundation for Holly's expansion into new international markets.

Homepage hero video that autoplays to visually tell Roho's story from the first moment of arrival
Elegant, timeless typography that communicates quality and refinement
Welcoming color palette carefully chosen to reflect the brand's heartfelt essence
Delicate layouts that showcase each piece of jewellery with the attention it deserves
Curated imagery selection that builds emotional connections throughout the customer journey
User experience optimization to guide customers naturally from browsing to purchase
Email marketing design and optimization to nurture relationships with customers
International expansion preparation making use of Shopify's localization features
Ongoing Shopify support and coaching to empower Holly's team

The result? A website that beautifully communicates the essence of Roho's heartfelt and authentic jewellery range, creating the perfect foundation for Holly's vision of international growth.
