The Challenge

Stellar Lighting had an established WordPress / WooCommerce website, but the platform had become increasingly difficult to manage.

The business wanted to grow online sales, but the existing setup was creating unnecessary friction. Managing the store was more complicated than it needed to be, while the website itself needed a clearer, more conversion-focused shopping experience.

I worked closely with Stellar's marketing team to rethink the website and move everything from WordPress to Shopify.

The migration was also an opportunity to refresh the design, improve navigation and product discovery, create a stronger mobile shopping experience and configure buy more bundles to increase average order value.

Just as importantly, Shopify gave the Stellar team a much simpler system behind the scenes. Products, collections, orders, discounts and day-to-day store updates can now be managed through Shopify's clean, intuitive dashboard - no need to call on a developer to assist.
