Consultation
A monthly consult to discuss your goals, key findings from analytics data and user behavior reports and action-focused recommendations for the month ahead.
Insight-led analytics
Combining Shopify analytics reports with Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings) that show how visitors move through your store, where they hesitate, and where they leave.
Each month you get an easy-to-understand summary detailing what's working, where customers are dropping off, and recommendations for optimisation.
Conversion rate optimisation
A beautiful store can still leak sales, at the points where people decide whether to trust you, whether the product is right for them, and whether to buy now. Conversion rate optimisation is about finding those leaks in your store's data, then testing fixes until the sales improve.
Search engine optimisation
It starts with keyword research: finding the terms and questions your buyers search, so the work targets what brings qualified traffic. From there, two parts. The first is the technical housekeeping that keeps your store findable: structure, speed, metadata, and the small fixes that add up. The second is content - one or two strong posts a month answering those questions, plus keeping your best existing posts fresh. We track rankings over time so you can see what's moving. Together this builds authority and gets you recommended, by search engines and AI.
How it works
The retainer package is customised for your store after a complimentary clarity call, after we've discussed what your store needs and what success looks like.
There's a minimum term of three months. Optimisation requires time to work.
Scope is bounded by design. A retainer with no edges helps no one. We agree what's included, keeping the focus on the work that moves your store rather than letting the month dissolve into small tasks.
