Otherland Club is a UK-based online clothing store. They sell unique pure cotton men’s shirts made by small-scale artisans using heritage fabric printing techniques such as hand blockprinting.

Problems with the old website:

  • Website design didn’t reflect the beauty and quality of Otherland’s product range.
  • Overall design felt uninspiring and flat.
  • The team didn’t want to promote or share the website because of the design.

  • Identity opportunities to optimise the design, backend systems and marketing integrations for conversions.
  • Provide Shopify support, showing the team how to manage and update their website.

 

Project Notes

As you can see from the before and after screenshots, this Shopify makeover has set Otherland Club up with an alluring new website designed to convert.

We helped the team optimise their systems, which included setting up a more effective email marketing tool, creating abandoned cart reminders, cleaning up the shop filter system, and setting up a reviews app (Junip) to collect and grow customer reviews.
