Last year was a whirlwind. On paper, my little studio had its best year yet—working with passionate, purpose-driven small business owners was an absolute dream.
But behind the scenes, things felt different. I hit burnout. It was chaotic, overwhelming, and too busy. As a creative, that kind of chaos makes me anxious. The days flew by, but instead of feeling accomplished, I felt stuck in an endless to-do list.
Taking a break over Christmas gave me the clarity I needed to rethink how I want to work moving forward.
So, from March 2025, I’m shifting to a two-week website creation process and will only take on two full website projects per month.
This streamlined approach is something I’ve been considering for a long time but never had the space to implement—until now.
The beauty of this process? It’s efficient, focused, and organised. No more months of back-and-forth. No more delays. Just a structured, stress-free way to launch your Shopify store.
How the Two-Week Build Works
- Step 1: Set a design start date
We’ll lock in a Monday start date for your project. - Step 2: Pre-Work & Strategy
In the weeks leading up this, we’ll have a strategy call to map out your website’s content, structure, and features.
You’ll also complete a project questionnaire and submit all website content—including branding, product details, images, and page copy.
(To make things easier, I’ll provide templates and guides for writing product descriptions and page content.) - Step 3: Design & Development (Week 1)
- Monday: I start building your Shopify website.
- Friday: You’ll receive the first version for review.
- Step 4: Revisions & Final Setup (Week 2)
- You have until Wednesday to submit revisions (or we can book a call to go through them together).
- I finalise the eCommerce setup, SEO, and email marketing integration.
- The following Monday—your website goes live! 🎉
Shopify Handover & Ongoing Support
After launch, you’ll receive:
✔ 30 days of technical support to troubleshoot and refine anything needed.
✔ Access to my Shopify Training Space so you can confidently manage your store.
✔ A custom training video or live training session.
